Configure your channel identity, artwork, analytics, live behaviour, branding, viewer experience and live sources.
1. Channel Identity
Define the basic identity and visibility of your channel.
2. Artwork & Thumbnails
Manage the artwork viewers see across the channel and Live TV. Artwork is stored on HostPinnacle rather than permanently on this server.
Channel artwork
Main artwork representing the channel.
Default VOD thumbnail
Default image used when an On-Demand video has no custom thumbnail.
Default show / episode artwork
Default artwork for shows and episodes without custom artwork.
Live TV thumbnail
Image shown to an On-Demand viewer when Live TV is not actively playing.
Live TV fallback artwork
Artwork displayed when Live TV has no active programme.
3. Content Analytics
Understand which shows and programmes are being watched and how viewers interact with them.

4. Live Channel Behaviour
Control how the automated Live Channel behaves during normal scheduling, gaps and broadcast interruptions.
5. Live Branding
Configure the visual branding and live messages used during the broadcast.
Seasonal Logo
Choose the single logo that the Live Encoder should use. Logos are already stored on HostPinnacle.
Live TV Scroll
Create reusable scrolling messages for programme changes, special events, announcements and other live situations.
Lower Thirds
Create reusable lower-third graphics for programme information and special events.
Ticker
Control the ticker layer independently from Live TV Scroll.
6. Viewer Experience
Configure default behaviour for viewers watching the channel and On-Demand content.
7. Live Sources & Overrides
Define the live sources available to the channel and how temporary live overrides return to scheduled programming.
